Deep In The Heart Unveils Tribute to Firefighters

On Saturday June 9th, during the city’s 175th birthday celebrations, a new statue, "In Moments of Valor", was unveiled in front of Bastrop Fire Station 1. This statue honors all of the Bastrop Firefighters, past, present and future. The larger-than-life bronze was sculpted by Clint Howard and cast at Deep in the Heart Art Foundry.
